Quality new dual propane regulator?
My regulator has failed before going through the first pair of tanks.
Rather then spend the $$ for fuel to get to the dealer for inspection and warranty replacement I'd rather just get a better one that will last longer.
Are there any high quality regulators set up for a typical dual tank arrangement?
Are there any that can be serviced - with readily available parts?
In my case, I assume the diaphragm is bad since propane is pouring out of the diaphragm cover when the propane is turned on and all the loads are off.
I'm in the process of heating up the regulator in case ice somehow managed to form and is keeping something open. Given that the outside temp is 37 degrees and I've been heating the regulator with 2 250 watt lights for an hour, I don't think the "melt" idea is going to pan out....
