RV Step Motor

Question

I have a 2007 Winnebago Voyage It has a triple Kwikee step.  The motor that it uses is a 214 1001&gt; I ordered one through Amazon and the Motor Matched exactly except one thing.  The shaft on the new motor is about 1/8t of an inch to long and there is a shoulder on the that will not allow the gear to slide all the way into place. I went back and checked what I had ordered and it was for the proper number motor.  I am having difficulty finding the proper motor with the right shaft and shaft length.  HElp me out PLEASE!

Colaw RV salvage is an hour or so west on I-44 from Springfield. Give them a call and see what they have.

When you swap the Gear from the old motor shaft to the new motor. There IS a washer that is installed FIRST that will make the shaft the correct length. IF you have NO washer, then you lost it. Doug
