- azrvingExplorerNo. Check the stop mechanism. My slide is an old style that is about 2 1/2" tall. It has a 3/8 adjuster bolt contacting the edge of a very thin metal stop plate. The head of the adjuster bolt jumped over the thin plate and the force is then put on the flanges. Like everything else it was real half a. That's the short story. The long story includes 1/4" thick x 3" steel L shaped brackets.
- DAS26milesExplorer III want to know with the slide in should you be able to wiggle the fascia or should it be tight? I' m not concerned about adjustment. They are NOW adjusted correctly by dealer. Wiggle caused prior to dealer visit.
- Depending on the RV, you can wiggle the inside slide fascia's a little. The decorative wood fascia is mounted to the actual Flange(wood or metal) of the slide. That wood will usually flex or wiggle. Doug
