Slide out issues - power gear e-synch slide out

We recently purchased an 04 Holiday Rambler Vacationer and I am having problems with one of the two bedroom slides - the wardrobe side. Will not go in or out - it has 2 motors and is a Power-gear syst...

Sounds like a relay on the controller may be stuck. I know this sounds silly and too simple but if you can expose them, give every relay a smack with the handle end of a screwdriver.
Sometimes this free's them up for a while or for ever.
