So I hooked up my manometer to my range to do a propane leak teat. It showed 13"wc after the regulator. I thought it wad supposed to be down to 10". Why would the pressure be so high on my range? Is t...

The main regulator is brand new. Maybe I need to turn down the pressure from it. I will check my fridge for the test port. Can I adjust the main regulator from the readings I get before the stove regulator?

Main reg has to be adjusted BEFORE checking/messing with stove reg
Using pressure reading after stove reg gives you no true reading of upstream pressure
Adjust it down so stove pressure is 10"WC and you could only have 10"WC Upstream
Adjust Main reg measuring main system pressure
Then check stove reg pressure and adjust IF needed
Ok. I will try adjusting the main regulator pressure. I will set it to 11"wc and see what the stove regulator does.
