What roof paint / sealer do I need? Jayco Eagle 2007

I’m in Florida & the sun/weather has been brutal on my trailer.

Does anyone have a recommendation on which roll-on paint / sealer is best to use on this model Jayco (2007 Eagle TT)

Also, what type of material did they use in 2007 when they made this trailer roof?

PS- The PO painted the roof once a year. I’ve owned it for 5 years and have only cleaned the roof and used a roll-on clear sealer. I have 2 areas in the bedroom where water / moister intrusion is evident. I do not see any damage or holes on the roof in the vicinity of the apparent intrusion.

    Most RV used a type of rubber roofing called EPDM. Based on your RVs age (over 10 years old) and because you have evidence of leaks, it is time for a complete tear off, inspect, replacement of any rot, new decking and roof.

    Re-coating annually is not necessary, even in places with a lot of UV. What should be done is wash the roof and apply a good UV protectant, like 303 Protectant, twice a year.

    Climb up on the roof and walk it slowly, feeling for any soft spots. You don't need to rip everything off. Even if you had to replace a 2'x2' section of roof sheeting and roofing rubber, that can be done, if you are up to the task. I use Heng's rubber roof coating, as do most guys here that do their own maintenance. There are a ton of YouTube videos on how to do all this work, saving yourself thousands of dollars....
