Where can I buy a 20" fresh water hose with swivel fittings?

Any big box home improvement store like Lowes or Home Depot will have the hose and fittings to make up a replacement hose.

Looks like a regular flex hose used in many home installations. Take it to any hardware store and they should be able to match it.

Thank you. Do bix box home improvement stores sell hose by the foot? I'm fulltiming and don't have any need for (or a place to store) more than 2' of hose.

They will have a lot of different sizes of flexible water line. Head for the plumbing department with your current hose and tell the guy wearing the apron "I need to replace this"

Yes they sell by the foot and a limited selection of already made up hoses.
Either way you will find what you need.

I doubt your swivel ends are garden hose ends/thread. I would try a hose clamp as close to the metal end as possible in the hopes that the barb inside the hose is longer than the metal swedging sleeve. Next if you have some way of grinding off the metal sleeve (under the blue arrow head in your first picture) and put the clamp there even if you have to cut 1" off to take it to a grinder. Lastly, instead of replacing the entire hose, why not take the 1" of the leaking end to HD and see what you can rig to splice onto your hose? A threaded barbed hose splice, coupling and swivel fitting?? Once you cut the end off make sure that the inside of the hose does not have several ridges (the inside is not smooth) that some hoses have to keep them from kinking. If so the ridges need to be cut off before trying to fix.

Just go the big box or hardware store with old hose in hand and tell them you want another one like that. Done!

That is just a 20 inch faucet hose with 1/2 inch female threads on both ends. You can find them in 12, 16, 20 and longer lengths at hardware stores including Lowes and Home Depot.

The tag that I see in the photo probably tells you what it is.
