Winnie Adventurer 2004 heat and electrical issues

1) The ducted floor vents put out heat regardless of dash or panel settings, even when A/C is on. Anyway know how to resolve or what the issue may be. Relay switch maybe?

2)I plugged into the 50 amp at a park and everything came up as normal. However a few minutes later, everything went dead. This happened each time I tried so had to end up running generator and propane for heat, refrig., etc.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated on either issue.

    The ducted floor vents get heat from the Moto Aid system, which applies hot water and heat when the engine is running, you should have a switch on the dash that controls the fan for this system,if I remember right, it's a 3 position with high on top, off in the middle and low on the bottom, or possibly reversed, can't remember which.

    1) If you are talking the dash, chassis, system then I would be looking for a broken vacuum line.
    2) Could be connector on shore power cord or transfer switch. Both would need testing with multimeter.
