Uh, no, that is never the best. I don't care if the weather where you winter hits -40 (F or C) or colder Antifreeze is never the best.
AIR is the best. IF the air ever freezes trust me when I say you WILL NOT be worried about your RV (though this is intended to be a bit funny. the fact is not for if air freezes...You will also not be alive).
Here in the north, where we get -40C temps, all the trailer shops recommend antifreeze. In fact, if you buy new and don't use antifreeze and have a pipe burst, your warranty is void.
