- blofgrenExplorerCongratulations to Ford.
I stopped by a local dealer yesterday and looked at a '17 F-350 CC SB 4x4 Lariat. It was black on black and absolutely loaded. It was a beautiful truck with many improvements over the current model. I was surprised at how tall it was; I think towing many fifth wheels including my own would be a problem.
I then looked at the sticker and the msrp was $92k Canadian! I think I almost swallowed my tongue! :B
Seriously I think that configuration looks excellent in the new Super Duty. I didn't dare take it for a drive! - TrackrigExplorer IISaw a blurb earlier today that Ford was slowing down production on trucks because they weren't selling as fast as they thought. At only $92K, Canadian, I wonder why they aren't selling as fast as they can make them?????????

I believe Ford is predicting a reduction in overall demand, but as for the Super Duty's it's current production rate will only go up.- Perrysburg_DodgExplorerLMAO-ROTF at this "Of note, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles won the most awards, mostly because of Ram and Jeep products". Well shucks it was the 2016 Texas Truck Rodeo after all. :R
Don - rickeoniExplorerI am looking at an upgrade to the new superduty as well, secrectly hoping the new F450 is too tall.

Obviously there's several category's so perhaps no one's left out1 :W- Cummins12V98Explorer IIIFish that's great. 18 years I would sure hope they won! Now get out your check book since yours has no warranty left.

Why should I? From a common sense point of view my truck is payed for, and is 4.5 years old and at 103k miles, not one single issue to date. I still have the original shocks on the truck and has been very inexpensive to operate.
Having said that these new Super Duty's look like a jewel so the itch continues!- larry_barnhartExplorerI have not had a warranty for years. Don't give it a thought or worry about not having one.

Same with my parents 05 Duramax. Although it only had 56k miles when they sold it that truck never required a repair except for a front shock that leaked when it was new.
BTW... That truck sold in two days and obviously the new owners weren't worried about no warranty either. And for our farm/ranch trucks we buy used trucks that are always out of warranty.
My biggest gripe about my truck to date is the drivers side seat belt tensioner is getting weaker and is slow to pull the seat belt up, but I'm in and out of my truck a lot, but I just didn't have time to take it in and get it addressed.
