2017 dually vs mid 2000 dually comparisons?
I'm curious to hear from folks who have upgraded to a current model dually. I'm hoping to avoid a brand war thread just honest opinions of where/how the new models are improved...specifically for towi...

You would be sacrificing a lot of power and torque going from a Super Duty pick-up bed to a cab and chassis. The cab and chassis has 110 hp and 175 lb-ft less than the pickup bed version.
lower gears would help offset that, although im already at 4.30 in my current truck.
Gears don't make up for less power, they just let you rev quicker to get to the power that is there. 110hp is a lot less power.
