2017 is WAY TOO EARLY to change the coolant ! I have a 20 year old truck and the coolant has only been changed TWICE, the last change was about a year ago ! If was amazingly clean !

When you DO need to change the coolant I highly recommend staying with the appropriate Motorcraft brand.

Pg 580 of the 2015 F250 Owner's Manual recommend first coolant change at 100,000 miles, 60,000 miles if towing !

Honestly I'd leave it alone. The new coolants last a very long time as long as oxygen isn't introduced. You may inadvertently shorten the lifespan of your cooling system by periodically draining and filling. There's good reason why they've made it harder to service.

If it is cross flow you may be able to just siphon the coolant out. I assume that you have a good reason to want it out but it should be good for at least 5 years.

I believe radiator drains are a thing of the past. They want you to get a radiator flush when you change the antifreeze now.
