Is the plug actually falling out of the connection, or coming loose and almost falling out? Most plug receptacles have a hinged cover that has a lip on it that will grab the plug, preventing it from falling all the way out.

A plug can still come a little loose, though, and also some of the connectors inside the plug can get worn.

But... with your trailer being so new, maybe the plug came from the factory defective? Replacing the plug may solve all your issues.
