I recall filling up in Grand Forks, North Dakota...around 1968....regular gas was going for 26 cents a gallon.

Good thing as my car back then was a '67 Camaro RS coupe, 327 V8, 4 speed....it was a thirsty beast.

Might of been because I drove with a lead foot, back then.... when I was a callow youth. :)
