A new TT for us, VienFinder 28bhs,

We just bought this new TT, been out once with it and everyone really love it, much more space then our old Hybrid 19 footer. I have a couple of question about it that the seller (crap) didn't explain to me and I forgot to ask, here they are:

1. Hot water thank works with electricity and gas. Can I use both at the same time? is so, how does that work? I understand that the gas will warm the water much faster, therefore will start first when I'm taking a shower? What is the role of electricity in there? And everything related to this...

2. Weel bearing: I have mag with this TT, on the center of the weel, there is a chrome cap that looks like there might be a part that can be remove, I'm not sure, I don't want to break anything, is this something that can be remove so I can remove the rubber seal and grease my bearing, or I need to remove my weel to do so?

3. To any one who as this type of TT, where is the electric pump? can you use it to winterize the TT? In the manual, it tells us to fill the clear water thank with antifreeze and then start the pump. There must be a way to get the pump to pump directly into the antifreeze bottle, otherwise it will take my like 5 gallons to get it done.

Yes you can. The dual fuel source will keep the water warm/hot. Some people turn off both sources when finished with showers - however we will always leave one source on - easier to keep water warm than to heat water from a cold water source.

    2. There must be a way to get the pump to pump directly into the antifreeze bottle, otherwise it will take my like 5 gallons to get it done.I don't know where your water pump is located HOWEVER - if you install a winterizing kit on the pump, you will not have to "fill your fresh water tank" with anti-freeze. The kit installs on the pump and eliminates using many gallons of anti-freeze to just a few (2 maybe 3) gallons in our 34' TH. Google trailer wintrizing kit and you'll find many you-tube videos on how to install. The kit itself is relatively inexpensive!

    Have another question that I forgot, Electrical awning.

    I have now an electrical awning, so far I hate it. I used to have a manual one, where you can adjust the slope of it as needed and where you can bind it to the ground to resist to the normal wind. Now with the electrical, as soon as there is a few rain drop you have to roll it up, oterwise to water keep accumulate because the awning is to level, and they recommend not to attach it to the ground, even though I did, so just a little breeze and you can hear the awning goes beding bedang.

    Am I missing something here? IS ther esomething to be done with these electrical awning?

    I have a 2014 viewfinder bhss also. They water pump in under the bottom bunk. fold up bunk and remove panel to reveal it. yes it has a ez winterize hose and valve inside.

    if you have the LCI power awning like it do, (which im not impressed with) It should not make a bunch of noise, at least mine doesn't it is just not anywhere near as fast as the carefree power awning on my KZ hybrid i had prior to this one. Mine does adjust down, ya just pull on the arms near the trailer, right under the gas shocks at the elbow. it will stay at angle that ya stop pulling down at with the shock.

    WOW. Thank you FireLieutenant72, I will need to try this. This is the first time I hear about that and it does make sense. Is tehre a lock that you have to release first or you just pull on it? Do you have to do both side or can you pull only on one side to bring that water where ever you want? I will check for that pump tonight for sure.

    If it is the Solera made by LCI, yes you can pull down on both sides or just one side to direct water. Kind of a neat concept, but just hate the speed of the motor in the awning itself.
