Accessing the PCM on my 2002 8.1 2500.....
I guess it is under the battery. Is it simpler to access it from above or below?

I had one of his tunes on my Avalanche with the 8.1. LOVED it. Couldn't believe how much power was being dialed out with torque management. I did a few things to the trans to beef it up a bit. Never missed a beat. I specifically asked for a tune optimized for 87 pump and had no regrets. I'm sure I left some power on the table, but didn't want the expense of premium.
