Anyone familiar with the SPREE 240BH (triple bunks)?

Just checking out the SPREE 240BH. There are odd triple bunks at the back, could work well for our 3 kids, but I'm not sure about the config. Looking for personal experience with them. I wish the f...

We have two sets of double bunks and three kids 10,13,16. Problem is, because of a headspace thing (think hitting your head on the ceiling when you sit up in bed). NONE of my kids really want to sleep on the top bunks. My daughter prefers to sleep on the sofa, which is short for her, but more comfortable overall. I just want to make sure your kids really would sleep in bunks as they continue to grow.
