Actually I have the cure for late night guitar pickers and bongo beaters; it has never failed me. It's called a small rocks thrown at pretty steep angles upwards and returning to earth pretty much straight down. It has never failed me in the past. But if its only you and him camping out in the middle of now where, you kinda loose any plausible deniability. :)

I would have turned on all my lights, slipped my Ramones CD ( beat on the brat with a baseball bat)in the player and cranked up the outside speakers and started dancing in boots and a birthday suit with my Axe in hand...bet he would have left
