Tank is down, when I first took notice I did push up the flooring and the weight of the full tank was on the cross members that dropped out. I immediately emptied the tank of water to prevent further failure. At that time I could push the cross members up and the tank did move with it. Multiple cross members are dropped out but more so on the passenger side of the camper. I did review the manual and the dvd again tonight, nothing stated about needing to be on the truck to fill. Did note to use the adapter to prevent the water hose pressurizing the tank.
