As the battery gets to 14.2+ volts, charge for an additional 60 minutes. This gets you to about 90%. 100% will take an additional 4 to 8 hours.
If you have a fixed voltage converter you are slow charging at about 13.6 volts and you need 2 to 8 hours to get to 90%.
