It will work just as well, lacking only the additional 50 amps rating of the larger switch. The smaller Mini is rated to 300amps, a discharge that you shouldn't see with just two batteries and conventional use.

BTW, don't forget a breaker or fuse on the positive battery lead.

A very good point since the electric jacks are permanently grounded & have the power lead going to the positive on the battery. :)

I would just get the two position switch. You don't appear to have a need to break apart the two batteries to work as two different battery banks.

I use a four position on my hunting track rig with four batteries broke into two battery banks of two each. If I should develop a short or leave something on that I shouldn't causing the starting bank to go dead, I can switch in the accessory bank to start the engine.

In my boat I have the four position because I want to have a good battery to get home.

In my MH I have the two position as those batteries don't get me home.

I installed mine on the negative side. JMO
