best quality trailer

I am considering buying a TT to live in full time. I would like to buy a used high quality trailer. Weight isn't an issue as I don't plan on towing it. (If I want it moved I will hire someone to do it) I want dual opposing slide-outs in the living area (so no airstreams) and a length of between 30 and 36 feet. I am willing to pay up to $40K. What manufacturers make the best quality trailers?

    does anyone know where I can find floorplan/model info on previous years of arctic fox tt's? Specifically which ones have 3 slides (if any?).

    thanks for the info everyone. I think that the Excel is what I would like to have but finding a used one will probably be a problem so the next best in my price range would be the Arctic Fox. I know of the Arctic Fox quality from when I was researching the purchase of my TC. There is a 2006 Excel for sale at a dealer near me for $30K but it is a 5W.

    Excel TT is the unit I would buy if I could afford it. Excel has stopped making TTs so used would be the available option for Excel TT.

    A lot of park models have holding tanks. Looking at Ceder Creek Cottage for my seasonal site. If you want the best I would say New Horizon, Excel or Continental but would be hard to find used.

    4 Season Arctic Fox. Water is inside so it never freezes, even going down the road at 4 degrees with the heater on. Well made, lots of storage, mirrors inside make it appear larger to help prevent cabin fever. Very well built to last years. If you are going to leave it in one place for a long time, take the wheels off.

    I'd suggest looking at the Winnebago line of towables. From what I saw last summer, comparable or better than Evergreen trailers. If you want a four season trailer, Arctic Fox is definitely one to consider.
