I applaud Torklift offering an off the shelf solution for the scissor steps. The inability to adjust for un-level ground, fixed height has always been an issue. Never understood why this never addressed (that Im aware of) by mfgs of steps.
I do see couple of shortcomings or at least short of ideal. The 1" increments of legs, while nice to push button and drop, seems one might still need to 'shim'. Feet threaded into legs would solve. That and feet should swivel to conform to 'all' terrain, & at least in pic do seem small. Maybe the second generation or an 'off pavement' version of the 'All Terrain Landing Gear' Torklift A8000 will.
Curious what these will sell for. Though likely for 98% of folks a 'bolt on', certainly an improvement to existing steps. Probably just me but unfortunately all I see is need to modify the Landing Gear because they stop just short of fully addressing needs. At least what I identified when I made our adjusters.
Simular to what Skipro suggested, adjustable feet though I used J bolts w/ 5" disks that can swivel matching slope. Having the ability to raise/lowere adjust for uneven ground-cant imagine not having that. To the point when we switched to the Glow Steps I modified to accept the adjusters.
