Shortly after posting it Torklift contacted me about the rattling pins(they pay attention to customers concerns and respond)and sent me a new set of stableloads to try out. The new ones have a rubber grommet in the pin hole so the pin won't rattle. The steel on steel spring wear is still there so I still went back to the energy suspention drop-in overload spacers. The new and improved stableloads are currently on my sons older superduty undergoing prolonged testing. To get rid of the rattle you could drill the upper pin hole out and put a grommet in it like the new and improved ones.
