My only issue with McKesh mirrors is that I will NOT attach anything to my truck that will or could scuff the paint. All you McKesh users can blast me if you want....and tell me that it has not harmed your paint even one little bit in tens of thousands of miles.....and if that is so, then I am happy for you. But for me, it just ain't gonna happen. My experience has been that "anything" that touches paint will likely damage it at least a little, given enough use. I'm am probably just too picky about the cosmetics of my vehicles...... as they say...YMMV
