I made the mistake of not having my thermostat for the furnace turned all the way off one time when I put the cover on my camper. When it got cold enough, the furnace fire and fortunately only burned a hole in the cover. I don't know how the whole thing, camper included didn't burn up.
If you use a cover, make sure any combustion sources (furnace, water heater) are off!!
