can the city water run into the trailer at all times?

Wow just read so many negative comments. I posted all the details I could. many people tried to help but others just complained about my lack of communication even saying I was looking for attention or spam. some one that's not a hater pls tell me how to respond to every comment. I only see options to link quote edit print and notify modiator had no idea asking for advice would cause such negative responses.thanks to all that had advice!
