I'd also carefully check the other tires for unusual wear. I've seen in the past bad alignment causing tire issues. Don't want to ruin the new tires too! Plus your remaining tire has now been over the weight limit so at best it should become a spare. Sadly, when I was purchasing new tires CHINA was the norm as indicated. Lucky for me no issues so far.
