The video shows the boxes still leaving full space between the wheel wells, what should be about 52" and they end several inches before tailgate, so even if you have the camper wider at the end, it should fit or in worse case scenario you add couple inches spacer in front.
Don't looks like those boxes are usable with camper, unless for back-up supplies.
