My daughter was getting a little warm in her bunk during our last camping trip, so I decided to put her a fan in to keep the air flowing.

I had been wanting to add a 12-volt fan to the main living area anyway, so I decided to tackle both jobs today. A trip to Wal-Mart for two fans($8.48 each) and we're halfway there.

She picked the spot, and I got to work -

I picked up the power from her overhead light. All I have left is to install a short piece of wire cover and I'm done -

I added one in the main area -

I dropped by Lowe's and found this cool soap dispenser. I also just installed these Pop-a-Toothbrush holders -

I added a sopa dispenser to the kitchen area as well. I also installed a Pop-a-Napkin under the radio -

Here's an easy mod. I found this over the door towel rack at Walmart and it works great -

Go to the "Do It Yourself Modifications and Upgrades (DIY)" forum. Look at the second entry "Sticky: Good news for picture posting!". It contains instructions for posting photos.

I store my photos on my hard drive.

Don't use the "Quick Reply" box. Use the "Reply to Topic" selection, or click the "Advanced Post Form" and you will get a bunch of icons along the top of the entry box. Click on the one with a little mountain and sun and it will give you a place to put the link to the photo. Your last link also was not usable. It had no dot (.) before the jpg extension and still didn't work with that.

Barney, i can tell you for sure its not simple. when I open to reply to a topic I get a window to type my message in, no were do I see the site to upload my photos. I did see it on your test post and uploaded 2 photos, were they went I have no idea, I can't find them to COPY and PASTE. i'm not a computer genius but I do belong to some other forums and usually I can open the reply page and click browse then click select on the picture I want and that's it.
really frustrated with this Jay D.

Your pictures did not show up.

It is very simple to put pictures into your post on these forums or to many other sites on the internet. To post photos do the following.

1. Upload your photo, one at a time, to this site.

2. Copy the resulting URL.

3. Paste the URL directly into your post with NO modifications. Do not add or subtract anything from the URL.

Your picture will then appear in your post and be properly sized for use on these forums. Do the same for each additional photo.

You just Upload, copy, and paste.
If you would like to practice doing that, just go to this thread that I started in the DIY forum to try out the app.

Good match on the wood color Gecko. How did you scribe the cabinet by the bed to match the slope of the trailer?

Great mods but, especially with a single axle trailer, you'd best be very aware of your GVWR!
