We had one in our old 22' TT. It was poorly insulated sticks and tin but that old type of AC cold freeze you out. One time we parked it in 104 degree heat and went swimming while it did it's thing. When we got back after an hour or so it was cold as can be.
I swear the old 13.5K AC's cooled better than the new ones.

Based on the OP's profile, it appears he/she may be located in Arizona. That's a far cry from Ontario. The only reason I replied to your post was to clarify your location. Location (i.e., max/min temps and humidity throughout the day and night) has a significant effect on an RV a/c unit's ability to recover and cool. The daily min/max temp/humidity delta in the desert SW is significantly different from the rest of the US and Canada.Snomas wrote:

As I said, our 13.5K Dometic Brisk II has no problem turning our 19' trailer into a meat locker, even in these temps. My sincere apologies for answering the OP's question.
Yup, we were up north last summer. Big bang per BTU there. Bring your rig down to S. AZ or SE CA. You'll be wondering what happened to that meat locker.
