By the way, "solar prep" would NOT imply there was an AC transfer switch. It generally means there are wires run to the roof for a future solar panel. The wires likely end in a cabinet somewhere. They have absolutely nothing to do with 120v AC wiring.
Should have been more clear, when I said neighbor, I meant my camp neighbor. I tested my cord from my post to his trailer very soon after having problems. It worked just fine, ruled out camp power and my cord in one shot. Ended up being the plug on the outside of the TT. I'll get a new one after the weekend and install.
