First trip coming up next weekend

And I'm trying to plan our menu. I'm trying to make it as easy on the wife as possible as she's generally not an outdoor person so I want her to just relax. That's why we bought the camper, so she'd go rock crawling with me. Anyway, I'm trying to map out easy to cook yet good food for me to cook for her. We only have the 3 burner cook top and a microwave so I know they'll be some pre trip prep. I've been googling but I keep finding myself trying more to impress her with my cooking skills than finding reasonable TC recipes. So what do y'all cook while at an RV park? We will have hookups.

As an idea, I had imagined myself trying to cook these for our two night trip.

I tried searching so if this has been hashed to death and I suck at searching, I apologize.
  • We usually cook what we would cook at home. Hamburgers and/or hot dogs, steaks and chicken are cooked on the barbeque grill. Meatloaf will be baked in the oven and spaghetti will be cooked on the stovetop. Once in awhile we will have supper in a bag for two in the microwave that we bought at the supermarket. I wouldn't go overboard and fix something fancy just make what you would ordinarily serve.
  • We cook what we cook at home. Tonight is crock pot mac and cheese. We have had fish fillet on the BBQ, meat loaf and baked potato, steaks, hamburgers. Basically anything we want to cook. Sometimes it takes a little iniquity to come up with combinations, but it can be done.
  • Do a meat loaf and mashed potatoes with another veggie. That way you could use all of you implements.
