Fixing a leak in my compression fitting

Hi, I have a leak in my compression fitting. The leak is between the crimp and the nut...right where the nut is attached to the tube. How can I repair this leak? I cannot seem to remove the crimp. Here's the picture

Do I have to use the same type of fitting? or are there easier pex type compression fitting or more newer fittings in the market that I can replace it with?
Can I get parts for this from any hardware store?

Thanks for the responses.
Shark bite did not work with my Qest pipes...Apparently shark bites need pressure for them to be sealed so when I turn of the water pump water was dripping from where the pipe was inserted.
I had to buy Qest fitting with the crimp and pincher to get this connected. It is somewhat fixed cos I still have some water oozing very very mildly between the nut and the crimp.
I am going to just seal it with rescue tape.

You have Qest brand pipes and fittings and that's not a compression fitting, it's just a crimp. If you have enough length, just cut it off cleanly at the back of the crimp and purchase a Qest compression fitting to replace it.
Those crimps are notorious for failing because they're made out of aluminum and they stretch over time. If you can find replacement copper crimps they will last forever but compression fittings will also last a lifetime.
