Ford Dually Rear Tire Stems hard to get at. Suggestions?

I am having a hell of a time getting at the valve stems to inflate my rear tires or air checks on my dually. The inside tires are the worst. What suggestions do you recommend? How about any of thes...

Agree. On mine it looks like a cap on the valve stems but is actually and extender.
