Ford F-250 pickup -- the new favorite of auto thieves

glad I bought a duramax.....

My F-350 got stolen right in the middle of the day!

Parked, went in the movies, 2 hours later came out and for a few minutes did the "where in the heck did I park", then realized...oh I WAS parked under that tree for some shade. The cops found my truck like 4 days later stuck in a ditch in the middle of a field, both axles completely wrapped in barbed wire fencing and almost to the border of Mexico.

F250s have been the apple of car thieves' eyes for a while now; I was dutifully warned when I bought my 02 used back in 2006!

Came home from vacation once in 2007 and someone had tried to steal it from my driveway but thankfully it was amateur hour and they couldn't complete the job, LOL. A new driver door lock cylinder later it was as if it never happened.
