The Original Ford GT was an Anglo American concept. It. was based on Eric Broadleys Lola GT. an ex British Journalist was main pusher and shover,behind the project

3.5L V6 ecoboost producing 600 HP in a very lightweight car! Sounds exciting!

If they can get the race version to get 15 MPH while racing, it will be able to run some 250 miles between fill ups (depending on how large the fuel tank is allowed to be) and spend a LOT less time in the pits! Key to winning a 24 hour race. . .
