  • I like seeing American automobile engineering competing for worldwide recognition.
  • "Dream car..." sums it up. Nicest GT so far... but I'm afraid even if I could afford one...it would be a trailer queen and run on a track. Or I would have to put a lift kit and larger tires on it due to the conditions of some of the roadways and fuel station approaches and departures. :B
  • The original GT stickered for 140k-160k, and many sold above MSRP. I'm guessing the new GT will sell for north of 200K easily.

I just don't see $200,000 in that car. Is it cool? Yes, but not that cool. I'll take a Z06 and run beside it all day long and pocket the rest.
  • The gt is one of my favorite cars of all time. Glad to see it back. Interesting design elements like the wings on the rear quarters. Still pays homage to the original. I want to see more details on the new ecoboost engine. If it handles and accelerates like the other super cars, it will be worth 200k or more. The z06 is still the bargain of all time in regards to performance for the dollar.

I agree and I think it's safe to say the engineering bar has been raised!

Ford's new performance division looks to be exciting times to come.

Exclusivity I'd guess? The Mustang and Camaro are the best bang for buck deals out there, you have to be on a race circuit to explore the limits without going to jail or ending up like Paul Walker (R.I.P.)

I pass far more vettes on the road than pass me, what a shame.
