front bedrooms

The latest SunnyBrook models all have front bedrooms. Anybody know why this is? (Didn't check other manufacturers)
  • i have no idea why "this is", maybe easier to mass manufacture similar set ups? but there are rear bedrooms out there, our rockwood ultra light 8319ss is a rear bedroom, we love it...

    8319SS
  • We like our front bedroom in our Passport 23rb with the entrance in the back. less traffic when someone is trying to rest or looking for a quiet place. A walk around queen is very popular.
  • We love the front bedroom in our unit with the kitchen being in the middle with living area in the back. It provides a much more open feeling with all the windows in the living area. But, that's why there are so many floorplans. We don't all like the same thing.
  • Our front bdrm TT has the living space in the rear with two rockers and large windows which the wife really likes.
  • Rear kitchen/bunkhouse/living areas are very popular right now. No other place to put it
  • My guess is that the curved shape of the front of the TT makes it difficult to use the space efficiently, so most floor plans (not all) have managed that space by hiding it inside the bedroom wardrobes.
  • Most bedrooms are in front, with either kitchen/bathroom/bunks/bunkhouse in rear.
  • IDK.
our 21T has a walk around queen in front .
the 50 gallon fresh water tank is under the bed .
our trailer handles Considerably better with the water tank full .
That layout allows us to load the tongue weight heavy .
With a rear bed / fresh water tank Leverage works aginst you if the tank is full .
    More sway when full .
