hi I have a new to me citation 10.6 camper and I under stand that some times they use 4150 and 4500 on the same camper but the 4150's are on the front and I thought that they should be on back as they do not have the load cap.as the 4500's what is your thoughts thanks

The 4150 has 1500 pound capacity. The 4500 has 1900 pound capacity. I think you have it backwards.
