The owners manuals of RVs are rather generic, doesn't give any info on appliances or anything else which was not manufactured by the builder.
Instead the RV manufacturer simply passes on any and all of the appliance manuals. So the fridge, water heater, furnace, stove, toilet, water pump, ect manuals are all separate items (the RV manufacturer does not take the time to publish these manuals into the over all RV manual).
If trailer is used and you did not get any manuals then you could simply write down the make and model number of each appliance then do a 'net search for those items. Chances are you will be able to download all manuals for the appliances from the 'net.
