FYI, I just received from Leisureshopdirect a complete set of hatch releases for my Heki 2. They were starting to get loose so better safe than sorry.

The sad thing is that Dometic USA will charge you much more for the parts, charge you more for shipping, and take 4 weeks.

REALIZED I SHOULD JUST START A NEW THREAD SINCE I HAVE NOT ACTUALLY FOUND THE PARTS IN THE US YET, EXCEPT FROM LANCE

I tried ordering the cracked glazing panel for my Midi-Heki online from Leisureshop... I got an email back saying they don't ship the part to the US.... So now what?! SO frustrating!

I repaired the broken latch on my Heki with parts ordered from Northstar. Don't know what other parts they sell, but may be worth an email/phone call.
