2014 Lance 992. Symptom is power interruption with moderate to heavy DC loads.During our last trip we started experiencing brief power interruptions when running loads like heater plus charging laptops and radio running, water pump running. This problem happens at all states of charge for the battery. It never happens when there is AC power available. I suspected the Progressive Dynamics mighty mini and contacted them. I was told it's likely not their power center and was told to look for an inline auto resetting circuit breaker. This I have not been able to locate. I was also told that it could be a bad or loose ground wire.What I have done:cleaned battery terminalscleaned chassis grounding barpulled all fuses and run the fridge on DC ... still happensinspected all wires and connectionsAfter this problem presented itself I upgraded the solar on the camper and with my MPPT controller I can see that the battery is still working fine during the power outage. The MPPT controller is wired directly to the battery and doesn't experience a power drop. I've inspected every wire and connection I can find and still can't find the culprit.Suggestions are welcome.

How about the battery disconnect switch? Maybe try jumping across it for a while and see if the problem goes away. The current through it may be heating it if the contacts are a little poor.This fits with your comment that it always works fine when on shore power.It also couldn’t hurt to cycle it off and on firmly a few times.

Sounds like you could have an auto resetting circuit breaker. look around the battery for it.

It should have one right near the battery. I saw one camper with it stuff in a metal junction box in the battery compartment.

How about the battery disconnect switch? Maybe try jumping across it for a while and see if the problem goes away. The current through it may be heating it if the contacts are a little poor.

This fits with your comment that it always works fine when on shore power.

It also couldn’t hurt to cycle it off and on firmly a few times.

I highly suspect bad battery causing low battery voltage. If I were you I would measure the battery voltage under load.

We had a progressive dynamic converter in our rv go out, and replaced it with one from bestconverters.com. 12v supply would drop with the more lights we turned on

Take the battery to and auto parts store or Battery;s Plus. Have it
"Load tested" with an old fashion battery load tester.

Here is some information from a private message from NRALIFR
"That does sound like an auto-reset CB though. My much older Lance had one of those that was screwed to the OUTSIDE of the battery box, so you had to get to it through the cabinet under the galley sink. It was hard as heck to see because it was so high up on the outside of the battery box. Of course my camper is quite a few years older than his.

Other than that, I’d be looking for the ground bus on the low voltage panel and checking for loose screws. My camper has a low voltage fuse panel that’s separate from the converter/charger power center. I’ve had screws loosen up there and cause problem"

I think the factory is dead on. Find the little (silver) CB.

Since your voltage is staying rather steady at the battery and you are completely losing it at your devices there certainly is something in the line that is opening.

I had one buried deep inside an electrical box on a previous RV. Could not bring the slide in. Brand new rv too. Luckily I had my handy voltmeter and with brute strength and ignorance I sorted it out.

You basically need to follow every inch either from your battery or from one of the devices back. However with multiple devices they all should lead back to some sort of fuse panel. At the fuse panel you probably have two input sources, one from your Converter (which does not exhibit the problem when connected to shoreline), and your battery input wire.

Can you find a schematic for your rv?
