no problem in the heat. We've camped in the Florida heat (mid-90's) at Fort Wilderness at Disney with no problems.

We've had no issues with condensation, even when it cooled at night. However, the first time we used it, it would seem very humid inside in the morning, typical of sleeping in a closed space. We purchased a small dehumidifier to run if needed, and that took care of the issue.

But we've had no condensation on the aluminum and it seems to be pretty well insulated. The biggest complaints I've heard, but not experienced, is the aluminum floor can get cold when cold weather camping. There is a carpet runner provided which apparently helps (ours is still rolled up) and some who camp in cold weather alot put down those interlocking rubber tiles with great success.

The Skyline Ecocamp line has some small bunk houses as well.

This one is my front runner. I was offered a new 2013 for 16,300. For the quality, I thought the price was pretty dang good.

Jayco X213 trailer
Our first TT was a Jayco 213. Rear Queen (King now) with two bunks up front. 24 feet and your Tundra won't even know it's back there.

Have you considered hybrids yet? I have a unique model with front and side tents along with rear bunkbeds. Does the job quite well, and easy to tow behind 7000lb rated 1/2 ton sub.
