Hensley Arrow - Need Answer
Just finished installing the Hitch and I have a few questions. 1. it sits a bit lower than my old hitch, enough so that I am concerned it may drag or hit something.... 2. answering this may answer...

well, if the drop bar is the wrong one from the start I am going to be very upset if I have to pay for anything being exchanged to get the right level....When I decided to buy it I was expecting to have the financial agreement mean that the working as expected hitch to be covered by the amount agreed. Not having to exchange drop bars at my cost until it is where it should be.
I may be getting ahead of myself and even though it is low the guy I talked to at HA today said as long as it's level it's ok but I'm still concerned that if I go thru a parking lot with the speed bumps that I'll nail them!
I have a trip this weekend with the storm on us to test this out and if I'm not comfortable I will call them back on Monday and hopefully get the right bar at no cost.
