Rather than an RV trailer, this kind of movable structure is commonly called a "portable building" or even "mobile home".

I watched the tiny house video, the construction is beautiful. Only thing I didnt see was a provision for cooking.

Dinna see a stove either yet the toured model was customised for a woman who wanted a mobile dog care unit. Ingenious idea when you think what an annual commercial rental fee would be. The small house will prolly pay for itself in 2-3 years depending on the local commercial R/E market.
