How do you level when needed

Pieces of 2x8 or 2x10

If they are not pressure treated, they can double as firewood.

If you can find a source for scraps, they are free!

We used to carry some long boards - worked OK but a nuisance for sure.
We sure liked the automatic levellers when we switched to a Class A - really missed them when our C came without - so we are back to carrying boards.

Do a google search - this has been discussed many times.

I use Andersen Camper Leveler. Happy with them and they have no damage after 4 years of use on all surfaces.

I use the lego blocks for mny years. But then my rig is light. As previously suggested lumber is good call cut to size. Cement stepping stones work but are heavy

I use the tri-levellers, easy to use and they fit together taking up less room.

I carry half a dozen 2x10 blocks of wood about a foot long and keep them stored in the outside hatch that holds the power cable.

I use the legos, sometimes a lot as in this pic. My rig is heavy (10,300) and I have yet to break one climbing up on them and I don't "ramp" them.

2x12 wood boards, cut into 12" sections, placed under the tires for rough leveling. Then loosen the tie downs and use the jacks to get it closer on the level, as well as stabilize to reduce rocking.

I also use the Lynx blocks. Some of them crack a bit, but hasn't affected the usage of them.

I also have some 2x8 chunks, and two 4x8 chunks just in case.

I've been using the "legos" also for many, many years. I did break one a few years ago on asphalt, but other than that never an issue. I have used them under both dual wheels up to 5 high, and I do ramp them to climb up. I also carry a few shorter pieces of 2x6 lumber "just in case", though I don't remember the last time I used them.
