sounds like a decent price, I looked at that model new in 2011 and it was around 29K out the door.

No need to assume, no need to trust what the seller is telling you, just check the Tire Date Code imprinted on the tire sidewall. ;)

Bottom line is decent deal, but negotiate down a bit due to tires. Maybe 16/17? Thanks guys.

Well even assuming you were willing to pay his asking price of $18,000 a set of tires will cost you a minimum of $1000 Cdn, weight distribution / sway control anywhere from $500 to $1000 or more, so if you have to cover those costs yourself you'd want to deduct that from your offer. Unfortunately the reality is you'll also have to pay 13% tax as well so what at first glance may seem to be a "decent deal" may not be quite so unless you can convince the seller to agree to a lower price.
