- JWFExplorerI think the video is running backwards. No one can do that with a single axle trailer.
- marcsbigfoot20bExplorerSingle axle trailer with nice length, no WDH, car with tight turning radius, nothing to worry about smashing into....... ehhhh.

That is impressive. That driver is way beyond "Place your hand on the lower part of the steering wheel..."
Years ago I got good advice from a guy who had backed trailers for years.
HE ADVISED TO BACK REAL SLOW, AND MAKE SMALL ADJUSTMENTS.
The other piece of advice I got from him was to have my wife go sit on a picnic table until I parked the trailer. (Too many campgrounds are entertained by couples hollering instructions at each other)
When I don't over correct, and I back slow, I can back up and have my
Black tank within 4' of the Sewage drain.
By backing slow I can put my tires where I want em almost every time.

Exactly. When you match trailer length to wheel base to axle location it becomes very easy to back up.
And like you said, try backing up a small PuP with a crew cab long bed. You will need a lot of beer if you like to sit and watch!
Depends quite like this . It is not a Volvo although the video states it is

Try parking a Scania with two trailers.. One of the tests the Scania " Young Driver of the Year" has to do. Single trailer this time

Agreed. They have these sort of competitions are lot in Europe. Also Heavy Trucks( Scania) has a worldwide , excluding NA competition for young drivers. They offer serious money for the winner. Something like this would be beneficial in the US, improving driving skills whilst towing a Camper. There are organisations here that help Rvers how to improve their driving skills - 98coachmanExplorer

Exactly right. If he is that accurate at warp speed, imagine how precisely he can place the TT when taking his time. This guy is amazing.
no kidding!!
