Ha! Silly Car and Driver!
I had a 2500HD Silverado that was goverened at 85 mph until I had the ECM modified (towing tune). At 100, that truck would scare the **** out of me so I stopped there.

I know how you can get the ram to do 107.....tow it behind the Ford.

Look at the bright side. The Ford will be the first one picked up on police radar at 107 mph.
Then you can cruise past him and the flashing lights at a humble 106 mph while smiling and waving. :B

Aw, geez, man, that's awful! I dunno how you can stand it. You need to buy a Bugatti, or at least a Ferrari so you can do at least 200.

Couldn't tow squat, but hey, at 200 mph, who cares?

LOL...Actually, I am not one of those who get upset about brands. I like my Ford, but my brother works there so I get big bucks off. I would never knock someone for having a Ram, Chevy or GMC. I think the new Ram looks nice.

That wouldn’t work. I went down to the local truck pulls and watched it all night. You can’t pull a Ram with a Ford. Yuk yuk yuk :)


I believe GM & Toyota 1/2 tons are both 99 mph. Don’t know anyone that owns a Nissan Titan.

I guess I have been watching to many cop and car chases in Calif on You Tube. if they can only do 107 then I think you don't want to get into a car chase with the CHP. they will PIT you before you can say BOO
